Emily spent 15 years as a senior Executive Assistant in FTSE 100 environments, supporting at CEO office level, before transitioning into EA management and overseeing 60 Executive Assistants globally. She understands what organisations need from their EA teams, and what EA teams need to thrive. Our founder Lily Shippen has also spent over a decade in the industry, placing EAs at board level across the UK and building an unrivalled understanding of what great executive support looks like from the outside.
