Emily Partridge is one of the few people in the EA and PA training space who has genuinely lived the role at the highest level, and then led others doing it at scale.

Over a 15-year career as an Executive Assistant, Emily supported CEO offices in FTSE 100 organisations, earning recognition as an award-winning EA in some of the UK’s most demanding corporate environments. She then transitioned into EA management, overseeing 60 Executive Assistants globally as an EA Manager. It is that dual experience, of operating at the top of the role and then building and leading teams of people doing the same, that makes Emily’s approach to training genuinely different.

Lily and Emily built eavolve® because they kept seeing the same gap: EAs and PAs operating at a strategic level, carrying enormous responsibility, and receiving almost no professional development that reflected the reality of what they actually did. Generic training, junior-level content, or courses designed for administrators rather than strategic operators. eavolve® was built to close that gap.

If you’re wondering, you’re probably not alone.

Most professional development available to EAs and PAs is either generic (designed for any professional, not specifically for this role) or overly task-focused, covering software and diary management rather than the strategic, relational, and career dimensions of the job. eavolve® programmes are designed exclusively for the EA and PA profession, by people with over 30 years of combined experience in EA recruitment, management, and senior-level support. There is nothing in our content that could apply equally to a project manager or a marketing assistant. It is all built for you, by people who have been you.

Yes, many of our community members’ employers do. If you’d like support making the case internally, we have a free resource to help you build your proposal. Many employers are happy to fund EA training UK providers like eavolve® once they understand the business case. The key is framing it in terms of organisational benefit: better-supported leaders, more strategic executive support, and reduced friction at the top of the business. It depends on the programme. Our training days, including the CPD Accredited EA & PA Strategy Training Day and the Future Ready EA & PA Training Day, are in-person and run in Manchester and London. Coaching programmes are delivered online and we work with clients nationwide. The Secret Club combines monthly online Anchor Sessions with two in-person events each year, one in the north and one in the south. We will always confirm the format before you book.

Training is structured content delivered in a group or workshop format. You will leave with frameworks, tools, and skills you can apply immediately. Coaching is 1:1 and goes deeper into your specific situation, goals, and challenges. Many people find training gives them the language and confidence, while coaching helps them apply it in the context of their actual role. The two work well together, but either works independently.

Our programmes are designed for practising EAs and PAs at all career stages, from those a few years into the role who want to build confidence and strategic presence, through to highly experienced senior assistants who want to operate at an even higher level or transition into a Chief of Staff position.
